Not well-known beyond the sommelier world, Besserat de Bellefon is one of the top houses in Champagne. The wines are perfect on their own, and, although several other houses claim that their wines go well with food, only Besserat is specifically made to accompany it.
This exclusive event will offer the opportunity to taste five distinctive cuvée, from Brut to Rosé, via a Blanc de Blanc, a particularly good Extra Brut with bottle ageing and a vintage 2002. Fabien Henry, Chef de Cave at Besserat, has collaborated with the Boundary Head Chef and Head Sommelier, to create a unique menu to complement each of the different champagnes.
The evening will start at 7pm on Boundary Rooftop followed by dinner at Boundary Restaurant. Thanks to the kind support of Besserat de Bellefon, the ticket price is just £130 and each guest will also receive a bottle of Besserat de Bellefon to take home after the event.
