EVENT DETAILS
Paul Boutinot, owner of one of the UK’s best wine shippers, and also custodian of Waterkloof Estate, will present his wines and lead a debate on why he thinks South Africa is the next big thing in the wine world. Since the first vintage in 2005, Waterkloof has garnered widespread praise and many awards, producing some of South Africa’s best and most
sought after Sauvignon and Merlot based wines. This event will include a tutored tasting of 6 Waterkloof wines, plus two more wines with supper.

A very special event in the company of Alfred Tesseron, owner of Château Pontet-Canet.
The evening will include a four course dinner menu cooked by Frederick Forster, National
Chef of the Year 2011, and a very rare opportunity to taste 10 different vintages of Pontet-
Canet including the 100 Parker point 2010. Tickets are £250 if booked before 29 March
and £300 after this date.

Bodegas LAN, a celebration of Rioja, tasting and four course dinner. Tickets £85pp.

Monday 13 May at Boundary Restaurant, Shoreditch E2
Château Musar, Lebanese wine, tasting and four course dinner. Tickets £95pp.
