Sherry has truly shaken off its fusty old image and is now properly recognised as a really interesting drink on its own or partnered with food. Guests attending this event will appreciate that the Hildago sherries are far removed from the more commercial brands that you see on the UK high streets and will also experience a different style of sherry with each course of the dinner menu. |
