This event offers a rare opportunity to meet Javier Hidalgo, one of the most important people in the fascinating world of sherry, and taste the full range of wines made at his bodegas in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Established in 1792, the family owned and run business is now in its sixth generation and is widely regarded as the definitive Manzanilla house.

Sherry has truly shaken off its fusty old image and is now properly recognised as a really interesting drink on its own or partnered with food. Guests attending this event will appreciate that the Hildago sherries are far removed from the more commercial brands that you see on the UK high streets and will also experience a different style of sherry with each course of the dinner menu.
