Ben Weatherall of Yorkshire Game, one of the country’s pre-eminent game dealers, will explain all you need to know about game and answer even your most demanding of questions. During the evening you will have the opportunity to taste premier and grand cru wines from the prestigious Domaine Chanson, and also enjoy a five-course menu.
