Josmeyer Director, Christophe Ehrart, has just confirmed that he is in town next week and we’ve managed to secure a few hours of his attention. Join us for an exploration of biodynamism and Alsatian terroir at Lutyens Restaurant. We’ll begin with a canapé reception and the 2010 Mise de Printemps Pinot Blanc and follow with a tasting of Auxerois ‘H’ 2008, Riesling Grand Cru ‘Hengst’ 2008, Pinot Gris ‘Foundation’ 2004, Gewürztraminer Grand Cru ‘Hengst’ 2007 and finish with a surprise bottle that Christophe is bringing direct from the Josmeyer cellars in Wintzenheim.

Apéritif served from 7pm with the tasting starting at 7.30pm.

Tickets for the tasting are £40pp.

After the tasting guests are invited to reserve a table in the main restaurant at Lutyens where a selection of Josmeyer wines will be available at half price. The chef is preparing a fabulous choucroute garnie to accompany the wines and the full à la carte menu will also be available.
