Rooftop Bar & Grill - Now Open!
The (new) rooftop space includes a weatherproof pergola allowing the bar and dining area to remain open every day and all year - whatever the weather. Also, there is a new garden design that includes a canopy of grape producing vines, together with a subtle garrigue and wild herb theme, plus a few other horticultural enhancements. When the weather is particularly good, the space is doubled and provides an unrivalled location for morning meetings, lunch and evening drinks. Private dining and events can also be arranged on the rooftop - see below for further details.
Opening Hours
10am to 11pm - all week, for everybody.
Hotel residents receive priority access. Please note, if you are dining in Boundary Restaurant, this does not automatically mean that the rooftop is available for pre-dinner drinks. However, we do hold some tables for this purpose. Please note that this option must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.
Mornings - 10am to Midday
The morning menu includes a selection of breakfast pastries, toast, jams, marmalade, fruit, granola, juices, smoothies and the like.
Lunch - Midday to 4pm
The lunch menu is a combination of char-grilled steaks, fish and vegetables together with simple salads, all with a touch of influence from la Méditerranée. Unlike previous years, in 2013 we will be taking bookings at lunch - additional tables will also be held back for those that just turn up. Please call the rooftop reservations office on 020 7729 1051 to make a booking.

Evenings 4pm to 11pm
In the evening, the Rooftop operates as a bar with a sharing menu focusing Mediterranean tapas and hors d´oeuvres, plus prawns, lobster and a selection of meats and vegetables cooked on the grill en brochette.
Bookings are not taken in the evenings. However, it is possible to arrange drinks on the Rooftop before dining in Boundary Restaurant. Please note; this must be arranged in advance and is subject to a £200 deposit.
The kitchen closes at 9.45pm and last drinks from the bar are at 11pm.

Groups & Events

Private Dining at Boundary Restaurant
For those that reserve the Boundary Restaurant private dining room, the rooftop is also available, subject to availability, for pre-dinner drinks.
Exclusive Hire
Exclusive hire of the rooftop weatherproof pergola (other areas remain open to the public, subject to weather conditions) can be arranged and is subject to a £1,000 hire charge. The maximum capacity for this option is 36 seated and 50 standing.
On a few very rare occasions, it is possible to reserve the entire rooftop space for private and exclusive events, subject to a minimum charge tariff. The maximum capacity, allowing full weather protection for all guests, is 90 for a drinks party and 48 for a seated event. Filming & Photo Shoots
The rooftop is available from 8am to 10am each day for filming and photo shoots. The minimum cost to hire the space is £700 including VAT.
