While rooted in classic recipes and techniques, the modern French à la carte menu aims to be refined and elegant. The finest premium ingredients (and often the markets most expensive), in their peak condition, are selected and served without the need for fuss and froth. Key features and seasonal highlights include a chariot de charcuterie, wild mushrooms – especially ceps, asparagus, feathered and furred game, Dover sole, turbot, lobster, wild salmon, foie gras, côte de veau, French pigeons, poulet noir, truffles from both the Périgord and Alba, plus the UK’s best beef and lamb. The dessert menu always includes a glamorous soufflé and pre-eminent French cheese is sourced from La Fromagerie of Marylebone.

Prix Fixe Menu
The Boundary restaurant experience is also available at £23.00 for two courses and £28.00 for three. The prix fixe menu is always available at dinner – all evening for up to seven guests dining together. Whereas the à la carte menu focuses on premium and luxury ingredients, this menu changes on a regular basis and promotes classic regional French food, Indian food and mixed cuisine.

Magnums and More… 20% off all wines in large format bottles
Every Monday evening at Boundary restaurant and every Friday lunch and dinner at Lutyens restaurant.
Boundary restaurant has become known for its award-winning wine list and, specifically, the collection of wines in magnums, jeroboams, imperials and other large format bottles. Part of the reason for this reputation is the customer-friendly pricing policy that it operates – all wines in large format bottles are priced at lower margins than single bottles. Plus, on Mondays, a further 20% discount is applied against the published selling price.
With effect from Friday, 7 September, sister restaurant Lutyens is joining the party and has stocked its cellar in anticipation. Wine is always better from these eye-catching bottles, and the list includes a broad range of wines; from rare Riesling to great value Mâcon, and, of course, outstanding top Bordeaux and Burgundy wines.
